1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via the website triple-games.com between Make it a Triple, Brahmsstrasse 18a, 23556 Lübeck, Germany, E-Mail: hallo@triple-games.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the users of this website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
Any deviating terms proposed by the Customer will not be recognised unless explicitly agreed upon by the Provider.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of digital products (e.g., computer games) and voucher codes on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for the Customer to submit an offer.
The Customer submits a binding offer by completing the order process and making payment via PayPal or redeeming a voucher code.
The Provider accepts the offer by making the purchased digital content available for download or by accepting the voucher code.
3. Prices, Voucher Codes, and Payment Terms
All prices on the website are final prices, including applicable taxes where required by law.
Voucher codes can be redeemed during the ordering process. Any remaining balance will not be paid out if the value of the code exceeds the price of the order.
Payments are, at the moment, made exclusively via PayPal. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
4. Delivery and Download
The delivery of digital content is in electronic form only, by providing a download link.
The download link will be displayed to the Customer immediately after successful payment or voucher code redemption, or it will be sent via email.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements to access and use the digital content (see technical requirements on the product page).
5. Right of Withdrawal and Goodwill Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after conclusion unless the download has already been initiated.
Even after initiating the download, the Provider offers the option of requesting a refund or exchange as a goodwill policy. This applies especially in the case of technical issues or dissatisfaction, provided the Customer contacts support and explains the problem.

6. Usage Rights and Transferability
- The Provider grants the Customer a simple, transferable right to use the purchased digital content.
- The Customer may transfer the game to a third party, provided that their own copy is deleted and they completely cease using it. Duplication or simultaneous use by multiple persons is not permitted.
- It is allowed to make private copies of the game for personal use, or for close friends and family.
- The transfer or duplication of the content for commercial purposes, as well as uploading the content to platforms not authorised by the Provider, is prohibited.
- The Provider reserves the right to take action against any misuse of the content.
All content is protected by the copyright of Make it a Triple.
7. Voucher Codes and Promotions
Voucher codes are only available via platforms specified by the Provider and can only be redeemed within the stated validity period.
Only one voucher code can be used per order.
Voucher codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Liability
The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, limb, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
The Provider accepts no liability for damages caused by third-party services (e.g., PayPal, YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Customer’s country contradict this.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Lübeck, Germany, provided the Customer is not a consumer.
Changes or additions to these T&C must be made in writing.
